Primary Funding for the CLEAR Program is Provided Through a State-Federal Cost Share Agreement
Under the Louisiana Coastal Area program, the LCA Science & Technology Office has funded a number of state & federal activites within the CLEAR Program.
Since 2005, state participation in the CLEAR Program has been funded through a contract with the LA Department of Natural Resources, while federal participation has been funded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
